Isolation is often part of everyday life for those affected

We are currently experiencing first-hand what it means to isolate ourselves from society. We have to avoid social contact in order to protect our fellow human beings and ourselves. Children and young people affected by a rare disease are particularly at risk. But while we are allowed to return to our everyday lives after the coronavirus crisis, the families affected must continue to protect themselves. For them, social isolation is often part of everyday life.

Doing good together - The 1st KMSK Swiss Challenge starts on May 11, 2020

Sports events with multiple participants are unfortunately not possible in times of social distancing - but they are! The charitable association for children with rare diseases (KMSK) is proving this by launching the 1st KMSK Swiss Challenge 2020. With the help of our tracking app, individuals and company teams can record their sporting achievements in running, jogging, hiking, walking, cycling or playing golf and take part in a sporting challenge together. True to the motto "Doing good together!", each participation also includes a donation of 25 francs to support the charitable projects of the association for children with rare diseases.
